This means that movement is essential to help your baby find the best position and to support your body’s natural process. In the Body Ready Birth Workshop, you’ll learn targeted movements for different stages of labor, so you’re not just randomly trying positions but using them with purpose.
This is especially important during early labor, which can often be long and challenging. Many hospitals won’t admit you until you’re in active labor (usually 5-6 cm), and that early labor can feel like a marathon on its own. Having tools to move, align, and down-regulate your nervous system can make a huge difference in your comfort, progress, and even how soon you get to meet your baby.

One of the things I love most about Adrianne’s approach is that it’s accessible and adaptable.
