🗣️ First Chat (30–60 minutes – and totally free) - We kick things off with a cozy, no-pressure conversation. I want to hear your story—your baby’s quirks, your parenting style, your goals. It’s not just intake. It’s the beginning of a customized relationship.
📄 Deep Dive into Your Intake + Sleep Log (1–2 hours) - Once you complete your detailed intake form and a 3–5 day feeding and sleep log, I go full nerd mode. I analyze the patterns and dig into what’s really going on behind those middle-of-the-night wake-ups. This is where I start mapping your path to rest.
🧠 Sleep Foundations Consult (1.5–2 hours) - This is where we connect (usually virtually) and get into the good stuff: wake windows, feeding rhythms, routines, sleep environments, and how all of that impacts your family’s well-being. No judgment. No sleep shaming. Just real talk and real solutions. You’ll also receive a summary video + handouts within 24–48 hours so you can let it all soak in.
📦 Behind-the-Scenes Prep (30–60 minutes) - While you’re wrangling a fussy baby or catching a cat nap, I’m bundling up your notes, prepping handouts, and tailoring everything to your unique family. You might not see this part, but it’s part of the magic.
🍼 Sleep Coaching Session (2+ hours) - When you’re ready, we jump into the big coaching session—fully customized for your baby’s temperament, your parenting values, and what you want this to look like. No “cry it out” mandates here. We co-create a plan that feels right and respectful for your whole family.
✍️ Writing Your Personalized Sleep Plan (2+ hours) - I don’t pull from a template or print a chart from Google. I craft a fully personalized sleep plan based on everything we’ve discussed, so you have a practical, beautiful guide to return to whenever you need it.
📱 Daily Support (15–60 minutes per day) - The real magic? It’s in the follow-ups. You get text and email access to me for daily questions, check-ins, and troubleshooting. Because babies don’t always follow the plan—and you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.
📞 Follow-Up Phone Calls (1.5–2.5 hours total) - These are our checkpoints to celebrate wins (yes, even the little ones), adjust the plan, and make sure things are still working as your baby grows and shifts.
