I host a free, in-person Baby Lounge every third Tuesday from 4:00–5:30 PM at the Parkland/Spanaway Library.

This is a relaxed and supportive space to connect with other parents, ask questions, and receive expert tips on everything from newborn sleep to postpartum recovery. No pressure, just real talk.
