Step One: Sleep Foundations Package
$495
We always begin here.
The Sleep Foundations Package creates a shared understanding of your child’s sleep and your family’s rhythms before deciding whether additional guidance would be helpful.
We take a close look at sleep patterns, routines, feeding, environment, and regulation, and focus on building supportive foundations in a way that feels manageable and respectful of your values.
Many families find this step brings relief and improvement on its own.
Includes:
√ Sleep Foundations Consult (2 hours, virtual): A comprehensive review of sleep patterns, routines, environment, feeding rhythms, and regulation. We identify what’s supporting sleep and what may be disrupting it.
√ Personalized Sleep Foundations Plan: A written guide tailored to your child and your family that focuses on:
Supporting day/night rhythms & routines
Creating a sleep-supportive environment
Age-appropriate sleep and feeding expectations
Gentle structure that remains flexible
√ Follow-up Support
Two 30-minute follow-up calls (used as needed)
Two weeks of email support for questions and sleep log review
This package helps you decide whether additional sleep coaching would be helpful,
without pressure to move forward.
Step Two: Guided Sleep Support Add-On (Optional)

Best for families ready for guided change with ongoing support.
This add-on can be chosen after completing Sleep Foundations, once we’ve had time to see what support feels right. This is for families who want help implementing changes to support more restorative sleep, while staying responsive and connected to their child.
We move at a pace that respects readiness, regulation, and your parenting values.
Includes:
√ Sleep Guidance Consult (1-hour Virtual): We build a gentle, personalized plan together and talk through how to implement it in real life, with space for questions and adjustments.
√ Customized Written Plan - Focused on:
Sleep rhythms and routines
Environment and sensory support
Developmentally appropriate expectations
Gentle approaches to supporting independent sleep skills
√ Follow-up Support
Two additional 30-minute follow-up calls (Four calls total)
Two additional weeks of email support and sleep log review (Four weeks total)

Upgrade: In-Home Sleep Support (Optional)
Add $650
Best for families who want hands-on, in-person support during the transition.
This option is ideal for complex sleep challenges, high anxiety, or families who want someone physically present as changes begin.
In-home support is offered selectively and based on availability.

√ In-Home Sleep Doula Support (up to 5 hours): In-person support during the first night of your plan.

Add-ons like overnight sleep doula care, texting, or a sleep refresher consult are available when they meaningfully support your care plan & are not recommended for every family.
