Best for families juggling multiple concerns or looking for a more complete review. We’ll explore the bigger picture, identify patterns, and develop a comprehensive plan that supports your whole family.
In this session, we look at your whole family system, including:

What if I’m not sure which consultation length to choose?

Start with the 45-minute Focused Strategy Consult. If your situation is especially complex or you’d like a comprehensive review of sleep, feeding, development, and routines, the 90-minute Comprehensive Consult is usually the better fit. If you’re still unsure, please feel free to schedule a free 15-minute Discovery Call. We’ll talk through your situation and decide together which option is the best fit.
If we reach the end of our session and feel additional support would be beneficial, you’re welcome to schedule another consultation or transition into one of my ongoing support programs.

What if we need more time?
Not at all! While many families reach out for sleep support, consultations can cover virtually any topic related to pregnancy, postpartum, newborn care, feeding, development, or parenting during the first few years.

Is this only for sleep?
Do I have to follow your recommendations?

Never. My role is to provide evidence-informed guidance, explain your options, and help you make decisions that align with your family’s values and goals.
As soon as payment is received, you'll receive an email to book your call. Typically, we can meet within 2-3 days based on availability. After your consultation, you'll immediately feel better, and within 1-2 business days, you'll receive a follow-up email with everything we talked about! Not only will it contain all of your specific recommendations, resources, and referrals for your unique family's challenges but also a summary of our call with links to the video for future reference.

How soon will I receive support?
There's no commitment with any of the one-time consultations. I will give you honest feedback during our consultation if I think a follow-up call is recommended, but ultimately, you get to decide how much support best fits your family's needs. If you're not sure, I'm happy to help you make the best decision for your family!

How long is my commitment?
At the end of the form below, you'll see an invoice. Payment is preferred by Zelle (info@douladeb.com), but Venmo or debit/credit cards directly on the invoice are gladly accepted. All payments for services are non-refundable and must be used within three (3) months of purchase.
