How I can help with your baby

My expertise covers a range of essential topics specific to this age range, including infant care, feeding, sleep routines, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate activities, all delivered through virtual demonstrations and guidance. I also provide insights on postpartum recovery and self-care practices relevant to this stage of parenting, encompassing nutrition, exercise, and emotional well-being. For those transitioning to solid foods, I offer virtual assistance in introducing solids and promoting healthy eating habits. The most common topic for this age is SLEEP! As a sleep doula, I can share strategies to help establish restful sleep patterns for both the baby and parents, considering common sleep regression and developmental milestones for 4-8 month olds. Practical advice is provided for managing household tasks, meal planning, and daily routines while caring for an infant in this age group. Parents are educated about infant development, milestones, and essential parenting skills through virtual resources and evidence-based information. I also facilitate virtual connections to local experts, parenting support groups, and wellness services, ensuring parents have access to valuable resources during this stage of their baby's development.
