Diaper pail with regular trash bag—Don't bother with a diaper-specific pail. Get a generic trash can with a closed lid to keep the stink out of the room. This is a cheaper option and uses regular trash bags. As a bonus, you can repurpose it around the house when your baby is out of diapers! Use it for cloth diapers with a cloth diaper pail liner!
Dr. Talbot's Diaper Cream Brush for Babies - Seems a little silly, but this applies rash and skin protectant so easily without getting it all over your hands. I like this brand because it comes with a carrying case for your diaper bag and a mini version.
